Replacement & Refunds

Spring In The Air offers a 100% guarantee on every bouquet of roses we ship. If you are not completely satisfied or do not love the roses we send, feel free to request a replacement or a refund. In order to receive the refund you must request the replacement within three days of its delivery date, and fill out the appropriate form on our website after you have logged in. We are more than happy to offer a free replacement if you received the wrong arrangement or if you’re not happy with your shipment. Please include with your request a picture of the damaged or incorrect bouquet you wish to replace.

If the bouquet arrived after your expected delivery date, we can also send out a replacement. If the late arrival is due to extenuating circumstances, like extreme weather or natural disasters, we will review the replacement request and get back to you as quickly as possible. It is our pleasure to do everything we can to get you your roses on time and if for some reason that has not happened we will send a new order out as soon as possible.

Occasionally we are unable to fill orders because specific roses are not available, when this is the case we do our best to replace the flower with another one of equal or greater value. We understand that getting the right rose is important to the message you are trying to send and that the meaning of a white rose is different from the meaning of a red rose. So, we do everything that we can to get the order correct. Our convenient online form will help you select the reason for the return, the order number you are returning, and the replacement you desire. Once you have filled out the appropriate details simply click the confirmation button and wait for our return email to arrive.

It is important that our customers know how to preserve roses, because we cannot offer replacements for rose which did not receive proper care. Taking proper care of freshly cut roses is easy, and our instructions are detailed, so there should be no difficulty in keeping your roses blooming and fresh for days after their arrival. The information on caring for the flowers will be provided both by email (to the sender) and with the roses (for the recipient).
